After each session there was allot of time to roll to try out all the new stuff Felipe shared at the seminar

Felipe also covered multiple opponents on the ground. But only if they are much smaller than you !

BRASA now in South Africa
It is with great honor that Morné Swanepoel is now an official representative for one of the top coaching and fighting teams in the world, BRASA. Morne will fall directly under the guidance of 3 World Champions who he has personally trained with, Felipe Costa (2x BJJ World Champion), Demian Maia (BJJ World Champion, Abu Dhabi champion + undefeated UFC fighter) and Rodrigo Comprido (7x BJJ World Champion) who spearhead team BRASA.
Morné will be taking a team of students over to Brazil on a regular basis to be trained by these champions and will also be hosting them in South Africa on a yearly basis. This is great exposure and recognition for the members of Morné Swanepoel's JKD High Performance Mixed Martial Arts association.
