There are many ways to get to Knowles SuperSpar, obviously depending where you are coming from   The easiest is to use one of the Main roads in Pinetown which is accessable from various highways and main roads, which is called St John's Ave. From St John's Ave you will turn into Bamboo Lane. You will see there is a Shell garage on the corner of St John's and Bamboo. You drive in the opposite direction to the Shell garage in Bamboo lane and you will find Knowles SuperSpar entrance to your left. Knowles direction boards are handy from this specific intersection at the Shell garage. Once you enter the SuperSpar parking area you need to drive to the back of the centre to find the Muscle & Fitness parking area. When looking at the main entrance of the spar the access to parking area is to the right side behind the spar.

                                          Facilities

The first thing that catches your eye when driving into the parking area of the gym is a security guard which assists with looking after your vehicle while your are training.
Our classes are conducted in an almost 250m² private studio with polished treated wooden floors which promotes a more 'flexible' surface to train on. The whole front area of the gym is covered with huge mirrors which gives the studio an even larger feel. The studio consists of a great sound system which we make use of to keep our students relaxed, focussed and motivated during their training sessions. The sound system is also used in our Street Fighting classes to create realistic sound effects for scenario training i.e. busy street with traffic, night club environment, airport etc. The studio is adequately ventilated to ensure a comfortable training environment and is cleaned out on a daily basis to ensure a healthy hygenic training area. We have sufficient high quality training mat space to accomodate up to 40 people training at once.
