Class Description
Bully Proof your Child
This class is suited for all primary school kids. This class focuses on basic self defense training giving your child the confidence and knowledge to deal with the school yard bully. This class will expose your child to basic stand up and ground fighting skills and will make them more aware and vigilant against crime and possible dangers they might be facing at home and public areas. The kids are also exposed to the fastest growing sport in the world today, Mixed Martial Arts. This is a combination of Kick Boxing, Judo and Wrestling/Submission wrestling. The kids are exposed to a strong athletic foundation which will ensure dynamic muscular development and weight control.

Ladies MMA + Combat Athletics
This is a ladies only class. This class focuses on Kick Boxing and Submission Wrestling with the added benefit of a combat athletics fitness workout. The ladies are also exposed to basic heavy bag and focus pad training. The class is loads of fun and is a great way to get into fighting fit shape!

MMA General Class
Our general Mixed Martial Arts class will expose you to the basics of stand up, clinch and ground fighting. You will be exposed to combat arts such as Muay Thai Boxing, Western Boxing, KickBoxing, Greco Roman Wrestling, Judo, Brazilian JiuJitsu, Shooto and Free Style Wrestling. This class is geared towards the general public who would like to explore the benefits of MMA/Cage Fighting without having to compete.

Team MMA Fighter Class
You will be exposed to advanced MMA techniques, tactics and training methods in the stand up, clinch and ground fighting ranges  for the Cage fighting arena. This class is by invitation only and is geared towards those who would like to compete.

Reality Based Personal Protection
Prepare yourself to survive the streets of today. This class focuses on training methods, techniques and tactics dealing with the real world criminal/terrorist. You will be exposed to Urban Tactical Weapons training in the form of firearms, knifes, impact weapons, pepper sprays and stun guns. You learn how to deal with multiple opponents, close quarter combat and ground fighting. This class is suited for civilians and security personal. Ladies and men welcome.

Open Mat
The open mat session is where you come and work on whatever you feel the need to improve on in your training. This is also an great opportunity to get more sparring time in or to work against the combat specific equipment. This session is open to all members.

Combat Atheltics
This session is suited for all adult ladies and men with the need to develop functional muscle strength, explosiveness and endurance. For this session we meet at our outdoor training facility just above our gym. Here you will be exposed to various combat athletic exercises from working with a sledge hammer to tyre flicking to hill sprints etc. Awesome workout - Awesome results!

Tai Chi

Learn the ancient Chinese Martial Art of Tai Chi for health and relaxation. Click here for more details
